This data set supports the <a href="https://www.governor.virginia.gov/diversity/equity-dashboards/swam-business-support/">SWaM</a> page of the Equity in Action Dashboard. It includes data for the total number of Small, Women and Minority-Owned (SWaM) certified businesses by certification type across Virginia's 133 localities (counties and cities).
