Public Resources Code (PRC) Section 42926 requires each State agency and large State facility to submit an Annual Waste Management Report to the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle). This data includes the diversion program activities within the annual reports for 2011-2014. More detailed historical data can be found at http://www.calrecycle.ca.gov/State Agency/Reporting/ .
