This comprehensive data set from The Meteoritical Society contains information on all of the known meteorite landings. The Fusion Table is collected by Javier de la Torre and we've also provided an XLS file that consists of 34,513 meteorites and includes the following fields: place type_of_meteorite mass_g fell_found year database coordinate_1 coordinates_2 cartodb_id created_at updated_at year_date longitude latitude geojson **5/14/13 Please find an updated data set from The Meteoritical Society that includes more recent meteorites. Prediction Of Worldwide Energy Resources (POWER)

The POWER Project contains over 200 satellite-derived meteorology and solar energy Analysis Ready Data (ARD), at three temporal levels: daily, interannual (by year 12 months + annual averages), climatology. The POWER Data Archive provides data globally at a 0.5 x 0.5 degree resolution and is updated nightly to maintain Near Real Time (NRT) availability (2-3 days for meteorological parameters; 5-7 days for solar). The POWER Project targets three user communities: Surface meteorology and Solar Energy (SSE), Sustainable Buildings (SB), Agroclimatology (AG). Providing community specific parameters, outputs formats, naming conventions, and the units that are commonly employed by each user community. The POWER Services Catalog consists of a series of RESTful Application Programming Interfaces (API), geospatial enabled image services, Open-source Project for a Network Data Access Protocol (OPeNDAP) services, and web mapping Data Access Viewer (DAV). These four different service offerings support data discovery, access, and distribution to our user base as ARD and as direct application inputs to decision to support tools.

Global Landslide Catalog Export

The Global Landslide Catalog (GLC) was developed with the goal of identifying rainfall-triggered landslide events around the world, regardless of size, impacts or location. The GLC considers all types of mass movements triggered by rainfall, which have been reported in the media, disaster databases, scientific reports, or other sources. The GLC has been compiled since 2007 at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. This is a unique data set with the ID tag “GLC” in the landslide editor. This dataset on data.nasa.gov was a one-time export from the Global Landslide Catalog maintained separately. It is current as of March 7, 2016. Outgassing Db

This tenth compilation of outgassing data of materials intended for spacecraft use supersedes Reference Publication 1124, Revision 3, September 1993. The data were obtained at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), utilizing equipment developed at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) under contract to the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).
